ClarityBridge provides consulting services, not physical products. As such, returns are not applicable in the traditional sense.
2. Refund Requests
Clients may request a refund within 14 days of service delivery if they believe the agreed scope was not met.

Each refund request is individually evaluated. We may ask for additional context to assess service quality.
4. No Guarantee of Refund
Submission of a request does not guarantee a refund. Decisions are made based on service scope, documentation, and engagement history.
5. Client Cooperation
Clients must cooperate during the evaluation process by providing all necessary details and feedback.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
7. Policy Exceptions
Refunds may not apply in cases where services were fully rendered or if deliverables were accepted.
